Much better than the Bloomingdale location. The staff are curteous and seem to work well together. Food tasted fresh and the line moved efficiently, especially during the lunch rush. If you can put up with the parking lot and mall's traffic congestion, go to this location.

David George was my building superintendent for two consecutive six-month leases.

Quick to resolve important issues like plumbing and shared appliances. No fuss in renewing the lease. Always friendly and courteous. The one time he had to remind me to pay rent he waived the late fee because in good faith I sent him the payment within five minutes of him reminding me.

He would allow me to make upgrades like a better showerhead or a garbage disposal without any fuss and would reimburse reasonable costs as long as it was a minor repair or something that added utility without taking up space.

I am very grateful to have had David George as a super and I wish him the best.

The food is really good but the staff is too slow

Dave is an amazing property manager and I couldn't be happier with the service he provides. He has managed all my residential rentals for six years and counting.

He has an uncanny knack for finding and retaining great, long-term tenants. I've never had an eviction, damage from tenants, unpaid (or even late) rent and am hard-pressed to recall a single vacancy.

Dave also excels at providing just the right level of communication. When maintenance is required on a unit, he sends me a quick email with the details and well-researched options for resolving the issue, drawing on his network of high-quality, reasonably-priced contractors. When I have a question, I get his response the same day, usually within a few minutes. The monthly electronic statements are also a real time-saver.

In summary: Dave is awesome. If you need property management or brokerage services, give him a call.

Dave has been outstanding. He spent ample time with me to help me find what I was looking for. As an ex-navy officer, Dave certainly lived up to the epitomy of an officer and a gentleman. It's reassuring to know that I can confidently rely on Dave for any and all of my real estate needs in SoCal.
