  The ladies at Orlando Institute are super knowledgeable and made us feel at ease during a very uncomfortable time. My son was diagnosed with a pilonidal cyst at age 16. He was devastated and had to stop playing football/baseball at the high school level.
  
  We started seeing a surgeon who only recommended bi-weekly debridement/cleaning and told my son to keep it clean. This continued for months! It kept getting infected so he had several different rounds of antibiotics, but nothing would make it go away.
  
  I started doing some “mom research” and found that permanent hair removal could help (although my surgeon disagreed.) We were desperate, and by this point, had nothing to lose.
  
  From the moment I called Orlando Institute, I immediately knew I made the right decision. Pilonidal cysts are embarrassing and Michelle instantly made me feel at ease. She explained how the procedure works and was able to get my son in for his first treatment that week. She was absolutely amazing at making a very shy, embarrassed teenage boy feel comfortable.
  
  That was over 2 years ago. My son had 4 treatments and (knock on wood) has been completely cyst free since then. I wish I had known about this non-medical treatment option sooner. We are beyond grateful for the wonderful experience at Orlando Institute.

  I am very happy I have found Orlando Inst of Electrolysis. I have received just about 5 electrolysis sessions on my face and not only am I really happy with the results I’m getting, I’m impressed with the updated equipment that makes for a quick and (next to) painless process. I’ve had a lot of electrolysis work done in the past and I can say very confidently that Orlando Inst of Electrolysis has been the best yet.
  It’s also noteworthy that I am transgender (mtf) and that this is a safe place to get the service you need for unwanted hair. Everybody is very kind, open minded and genuinely there to help you.
  Please consider them for your unwanted hair needs. *cheers to smooth skin* :)

  Michelle is a phenomenal Teacher and business woman! She truly is an expert in the field of permanent hair removal and skin care. Everyone at Orlando Institute is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. Orlando institute offered me premier education. I recommend this school to anyone who wants an exceptional education and a great step forward in a career of skin care and permanent hair removal.

  I have been to this place twice: a free consultation and a treatment session. They are very nice and straight-forward, no hidden agenda. They didn't try to sell me treatments I didn't need, unlike other dermatologist offices I have used in the past. The ladies are very nice and they have great sense of humor. I highly recommend them.
