  Dr. KO is always pleasant, kind and very knowledgeable. His expertise helped us to improve the quality and lengthen our senior dog's life. He provides options for treatment without judgement.The staff is extremely warm and caring and offer TLC for both the animal AND its owner during tough times. This is an excellent veterinary clinic!

  Urgently needed paperwork to cross into Mexico with my pup for a week long adventure and these guys came to the rescue. Same day visit on a Saturday. Office team was nice and friendly. Dr. Ko was kind, thoughtful and knowledge and knew exactly what was needed. He was very gentle with my pup who easily gets scared of vets but this went better than normal.
  
  And they were half the cost than the other 6 vets I called in the area.
  
  Awesome experience and glad we went there. At the end, we didn’t even get asked for paperwork over the boarder but it was nice to have it just in case. Thankful to them for how they run their office. Highly recommended!

  My wife and I LOVE Rancho Bernardo Veterinary Clinic and are so happy to have them in our community. Dr. Ko is warm, knowledgeable, and patient. We are "frequent fliers" as well as overwrought dog parents and he always takes the time to talk us off the ledge and through how to best care for our fur babies. The staff is so wonderful and friendly, and they always remember us and our dogs and are very helpful and responsible with reminder phone calls, check-up phone calls, and any paperwork we need sorted out. Appointments are easy to make and the clinic runs on time. We are very happy with the care we receive at Rancho Bernardo Veterinary Clinic!
