Dr. Visico assessed my pinched nerve and helped me feel relief after the first session. I’ve been to other chiropractic offices and did not get the same result. His adjustment along with the deep tissue/muscle work made all the difference. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back.

I found Mira Mesa Chiropractic while I was living in the Mira Mesa area. I'm fairly active, work out 3-4 times a week, have a physically demanding full time job, and have minor scoliosis in my lower lumbar. So it's pretty difficult to find a practice I can trust and that can take care of my constant mid back stiffness and compressed spine.

Right off the bat, Grace is so welcoming, and she's such a pleasure to see every visit. Dr.Visico has been adjusting me for the past year and he does not disappoint! Out of all the clinics I've hopped around to, he's the only one who is able to release my stiff mid upper back.

Despite moving back to Chula Vista, I still schedule my adjustments at this practice!

I have been seeing Dr. Visico for a frozen shoulder as a result of radiation and surgery due to breast cancer and the care and knowledge has been exceptional. Dr. Visico's manner is kind, thoughtful and thorough. Grace at the front desk is a gem of a person and goes out of her way to make things work.
