Balloon Guru-Robert were amazing! We came from Texas for the NCAA Basketball Tournament and only gave him 4 days notice to make 4 large Balloon Columns. He not only delivered them on time and they were beautifully done with our school colors but picked them up Sunday and delivered them to our Hotel for us to enjoy for our next event. Robert answered all my phone calls at all hours and was always gracious and ready to help. His customer service was spot on! I wish he delivered to Texas! I would use him for all my events. I have used this company many times now. I was so surprised to see how beautiful the balloon bouquets were. Absolutely beautiful. Robert recently did a balloon arch for our charity golf tournament and it was spectacular! His staff was on time, very professional, fast and arch was exactly as promised! We could not have been more happy! Can't wait to use them for other events in the future!

I absolutely love this company!! I have had the pleasure of using them for my 3 grandkids birthdays - out of this world balloons and friendly staff! I also used them for a 25-year celebration at work (FedEx) and the balloons and arch wee awesome! I will never step into Party City again!!
