Jenifer is prompt and courteous in answering our questions. She really good in dealing with difficult customer especially my husband. The builders did an excellent job. The job was finished on time as promised.

After having several estimates, I called 5 Star Kitchen and Bath, and spoke with Jennifer, she right away came out to the house and measured and said she would provide me with a 3d design later that evening along with an estimate. Jennifer is Outstanding in what she does. Jennifer listens to every detail, if I had any question she would right away answer. It was a pleasure working with Jennifer and her Team. Once I signed the contract, right away the 5 Star Kitchen and Bath came and started the demolition for the Kitchen, within 4 days I have the most beautiful kitchen I have ever seen! Jennifer’s Dad is one amazing person, He went above and beyond , Once my beautiful Kitchen was done, they right away started on my two bathroom, to say the least , I love my Bathrooms Outstanding Job! Then, 5 Star Kitchen and Bath did my upstairs flooring.
We had floating stairs with carpet, Jennifer’s Dad was able to put the amazing flooring on the steps…I cannot tell enough of what an amazing transformation of my Kitchen, Bathrooms and Flooring!! They will be forever in my heart and I consider 5 star Kitchen and Bath as one of my family member, Very professional, a joy and pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend this company! The price was reasonable and the results were above our expectations. We had all new cupboards and quartz countertops installed and the transformation is stunning!! We also purchased tile for a new tub enclosure for the bathroom and flooring for the kitchen and bathroom. Jennifer is very personable, thoughtful, sensitive, professional and organized. Throughout the process, she offered helpful recommendations (responded to many phone calls and texts). She was also generous with discounts on the tile and flooring, and installation of it, when we opted to have it installed by someone else.
The kitchen installation was very quick! Jennifer reassured me that if I had any questions or concerns that I could call her, and she made good on that offer! (I noticed some details in the trim that I wanted to modify after the installation was complete. She and her team returned and personally took care of my concerns/preferences.)

I loved working with Jennifer. She came to my house and listens to our wants and needs, and made the design the same day. Once we committed to using them, things went fast and our kitchen was done quickly. She resolved all of the small issues professionally and I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family.
