He arrived exactly on time as expected and was even willing to wait about 20 minutes while I came back from a test drive of the vehicle. Was very courteous, and the service was very reasonably priced for the convenience. Also gave excellent advice on the used vehicle in question. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle after hearing his opinion and I could not be happier with his professionalism and candor.
