  If you’re looking for a place with an awesome Community Manager like Janine, then look no further than La Jolla Nobel. I’ve lived in a lot of places where I felt like just another renter. Luckily that was not the case here. Janine does a great job managing this place. She is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, caring and kind. Also, the location is close to everything: shopping, restaurants, freeways, etc.

  I just signed a new lease here so am going on my second year. This place is quaint, and convenient to all things UTC. My son and I walk over to Red Robin once a week. I have never had any real problems maintenance-wise and if I did, I know that the staff here is capable and willing to assist. Janine has been a pleasure to work with and is such a real human being. I appreciate good people :)
  
  My neighbors are awesome. The complex is small and everyone that I have met here has been super friendly. There is even a doggie courtyard where people actually pick up after their dogs!! I honestly have no complaints!

  Came here for a tour. The community is really nice and well kept. Janine showed us around and shes awesome! Very friendly and informative. We havent decided on an apartment just yet, but shout out to her for making our apartment hunt a little less stressful!

  My family and I have lived here for the past 6 years and we absolutely love it! The onsite staff (Janine and Ruben) have been incredible to us and we feel so valued as members of this great community. The location of this development is perfect! Right across the street from almost everything. We plan to continue living here until we purchase a home. Such a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

  These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.
