  I have had the pleasure of working with Pacific Western Painting on a high end remodel and on high end residential new construction. The quality of service and level of customer care was above and beyond my expectations. Not only did Pacific Western Painting do a quality job on painting, when we had small drywall repairs and found that exterior fascia needed replacement, Pacific Western Painting was able to do the job. Being able to count on one subcontractor to handle the execution was a relief and took the burden of coordination off my plate. I highly recommend using Pacific Western Painting for your painting and improvement projects.

  I contacted Pacific Western Painting to tackle my wrought iron throughout the project. They were gracious enough to work with me on my budget. The best part? The quality of the work. They painter took his time and was meticulous in his work. The results were better than I could have imagined. Well worth it.

They have become a trusted resource from the moment they began consulting Park Row Community in 2015. Their enthusiasm for the product and dedication to providing this community with timely and efficient solutions made the decision to choose Pacific Western Painting easy. I would like to specifically thank Tony for the extraordinary service that he provided to Park Row Community Association with the wood beam replacement and the challenges that were faced with that project.   As a twelve year veteran in the property management industry, I highly recommend Pacific Western Painting. Beginning with the bidding process, this is a company that is a breeze to communicate with and is timely about submitting their bids. Their proposal material is professional and easy for managers and board members to understand. I have constantly found their pricing to be competitive and reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work. I most recently worked with them on a wrought iron paint project for a community that has a complex fencing layout, which required a close eye for detail. They put project managers in place that can see these details and effectively relay them to their paint crew. Having that kind of peace of mind as a community manager is rare and priceless. The result of the project impressed me, but more importantly it impressed the board of directors and homeowners. Pacific Western knows that a quality paint job includes meticulous preparation work, and before applying the first drop of paint, all surfaces were properly protected, and the fences were completely sanded down. They used quality Dunn-Edwards paint, and it evenly applied. The fences looked brand new by the time they were done. I'm recommending Pacific Western, because they are a professional company to work with from beginning to end.

  I had Pacific Western Painting come to bid the complete interior of a 1,700 sq. ft. home in Shadow Ridge, Vista, CA. I met the estimator Roger and began describing the job to be done. We began our walk through and it was quick I discovered Roger knew his business of painting. He picked up on repairs to be done that I, an experienced painter, had missed. That is cool to me to be around a true professional. I recommend Roger and his team to do a professional job. I look forward to doing business with Pacific Western Painting again.
