  I have enjoyed my move in experience. I work 911 so I have long hours day and night. The office was very accommodating during the leasing process. It made the whole experience smooth. The amenities are being upgraded which is a plus. I am glad I picked this place to raise my children. The school is close by and I feel safe here. Location is great for all your needs. Maintenance is quick to respond. There were some items I needed to take care of and Richard and Darin made sure to make it right. I am impressed with the level of service. I look forward to experiencing the rest if the community. My only suggestion is communication when there are schedule changes.

  Lupe is a true professional, he handles all his tasks with integrity, maturity, and character. He is extremely competent and I recommend that he should be giving a wage increase of at least $5. For all his hardwork, selfless sacrifice and dedication to fixing tenants issues.

  I am coming to the end of my lease here at the Eaves and I honestly have to say I am a little sad to be moving from such a wonderful apartment. The maintenance team here is phenomenal. Lupe always has such a positive attitude servicing anything in our apartment. So far, he has fixed our dryer, bathtub, window seal mold, and door frame. Despite the many request, Lupe and his team responded within 24 hours of our request. The maintenance manager, Richard, always stepped in when it was a two man job. Richard is a problem solver and is great at communicating with the residence about the job at task and gives good estimates for when the job will be done. Darren has also come to help replace the blinds when it was dismantled. All in all, this is a great team that takes care of their residents issue when needed. Big thank you to Lupe for always having a smile on his face every day that he is here.

  JJ is absolutely amazing!!!! She reminds me of Kris Jenner... stylish, great personality, about her business! She knows her business and executes it flawlessly! I didn’t even have one question because she is so through. Pleasant and helpful. I love the pride that is taken around the grounds and common areas. Clean, well kept, functional... has everything you could want. I am extremely pleased with my choice to join this living community.
  
  Also Hillary is the sweetest. Very cheerful and welcoming.
