Built 2 Last Roofing

BUILT 2 Last roofers did an incredible job repairing and replacing our condominiums tarnished roof after leakage from a rainstorm. Not only did they do the job quickly throughout rain patches, they also worked hard to repair our roofs foundation which was damaged by termites and were very competitive with their pricing. Alex and built 2 last roofing provided me the best experience with any contractor or construction project. His rates were competitive (roofs are expensive regardless!) and Alex was so responsive! I own 2 duplexes in San Marcos. I hired Built 2 Last Roofing to install a new roof and over 200 feet of fascia on one of my properties. Alex and his crew did such a beautiful job I decided to have them re-roof my other duplex as well. They were helpful, informative, and transparent throughout the entire process. They did a good clean up as well.

Alex with built to last roofing was fantastic! We had numerous leaks all in one week, and he showed up the day after I called. They threw in temporary waterproofing to hold us until they had availability, then surprised us by opening a window for us early! We were in a rush, and worried about further leaks, so the extra work, and timeliness went a long way, and once the work was done, the product was great. Should last another 30-50 yrs. He referred a guy to do the solar area, which he helped get the Warrantee to pay for. Excellent all around!

With all the rain lately, all the roofers a super busy, but Alex was still very responsive when I was getting the estimate. With the back log of roof issues happening he gave me a 2 week (weather dependent) schedule, but said he would let me know if a spot opened up sooner. Lucky for me it was the first day the rain stopped i got it fixed. The crew that came out to do the work was awesome and cleaned up very well and left everything in my yard better than I had it. Highly recommended.
