  Alfredo and the staff at BMW Guy are first rate!
  
  I have been servicing my BMW at Encinitas BMW for YEARS and a few close friends (2) who once serviced their cars there recommended I switch.
  
  I’ve now had two separate visits and have saved so much $. In addition to saving money, they are truly one of the most helpful and honest shops around. I wanted to replace my rear breaks last trip and Alfredo told me it was not necessary, I still had plenty to spare.
  
  I’m so grateful to have been recommended and I’m good faith can say he’s by far the most helpful and communicative guy and auto business around.

  Alfredo is super nice, and extremely HONEST! I took my daughters car to him and he took the time to go through the history of the car, work we had previously done to it. Finally made a recommendation that helped us 100%, but did not get him any business. He could have just said I needed to leave it with him and performed services on it. SO honest! Rare quality these days.

  Alfredo is extremely professional, honest, and helpful. I was on a long road trip and my check engine light came on in San Marcos, on Thanksgiving. Not only did he answer the call on Thanksgiving (when all service centers were closed), he talked to me multiple times, checked my VIN, and let me know that my SULEV engine is likely still covered under a warranty. He gave me recommendations on the best way to get service quickly and reduce my out of pocket cost. I would not hesitate to service my car here. He was genuinely helpful and gave me an honest recommendation (on Thanksgiving no less!).
