  Tamra is an amazing trainer. The instructions that I've received during the training is helping me improve my physical and nutritional conditions. My major concern was that I had several injuries in the past that kept recurring every times I start exercise. In one-to-one constant attention training with Tamra helps me move forward from fear of re-injury. Tamra really listens to my personal goals, obstacles and helps me work toward that goal . Tamra is a knowledgeable and ,importantly, sensible trainer.

  I began training with Tamra in May 2014 and I quickly started seeing results shortly after. Since then, I have lost a lot of weight. I owe all of that to the dedication and persistence of my trainer Tamra. The results I’ve gotten from her are not just physical. Mentally, I’ve never been in better shape. My self-confidence has grown while my waist has shrunk. Tamra has taught me a lot about nutrition and has given me great workout tips to keep me accountable. She genuinely cares about my health and is constantly pushing me to do better ... she's fun too!!

  I have been with Tamra, who owns Executive Health and Fitness, for over ten years. I started working with her to lose weight for my daughter's upcoming wedding back then. She helped me lose 60 lbs and become stronger. I still see her once a week for motivation and encouragement, workouts, and nutrition tips. She is a very compassionate person (always encouraging me and won't give up on me) who believes that everyone can improve their health through correct eating and exercise and balance in their lives. She is definitely my inspiration for good health.

  Tamra Herb, and Executive Health & Fitness absolutely changed my life! When I first started with Tamra, I was a busy mom, but became a slug, eating everything, not moving, and total loss of motivation. With Tamra's training, healthy eating tips, and continuous motivation, I am back to being a happily motivated, healthy eating and physically fit person again. She never quits and really knows how to keep you pushing to be your best. Thank you Tamra for giving me the confidence and support to be my best!

  As a former personal trainer myself, I've been in the fitness industry for years.. but I can tell you, I have never met anyone as motivated as Tamra to know as much as she can know... and do as much as she can do... so that her clients improve their health and fitness as much as possible in as short amount of time as possible. It's pretty impressive to see. If you're looking for the best personal trainer in all of San Diego, Tamra Herb is it.
