I placed a police report for identity theft with CSO Esquer. He was polite and courteous taking my information down. A week later I come in to get a copy of the police report which was fast and easy. Thank you RSD office for your service.
Very professional and polite, I don't call often but when I do I have a good experience.
My call was answered promptly and politely. An officer was sent to address the issue in a timely matter.
The problem dealt with. I am very happy with the sheriff department each time I've called, my purse was stolen out of my car in my garage, my mail stolen and identity theft resulted (they caught and jailed the culprits). I feel confident this newest problem will be taken care of by our sheriff department.
