I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience living at the Amli Pasadena apartments. The incredible facilities, prime location, and truly caring staff have made this place not just an apartment complex, but a home.

Situated in the heart of Old Pasadena, Amli is a brand-new facility where I had the privilege to be the first occupant of my unit. The location is extraordinarily convenient, offering a walkable distance to the delightful attractions of Old Town Pasadena. The sense of security is notable too, with security guards regularly patrolling the area at night.

One aspect that truly stands out at Amli is the incredibly caring staff. Each time I submit a maintenance request, the management team shows up promptly the very next day to rectify any issues. The leasing office is ever ready to assist with any requests, and the user-friendly resident portal adds to the convenience of living here.

Although there have been some complaints about pet odor in public areas, I have noticed Amli's sincere efforts to address this issue. Various signs have been put up to instruct residents not to let their pets relieve themselves on the walkways, and the diligent maintenance crew regularly pressure-washes the areas to ensure cleanliness. While Amli does its part, as residents, we share the responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of our beautiful complex.

At the end of the day, it is evident that the management is doing their utmost to keep the entire complex clean, well-kept, and responsive to residents' needs. I'd like to give a special shoutout to the outstanding management team, including Gerardo, Rudy, Yaneli, Eric, Maria, and Gabriel for their remarkable work.

Yaneli is a godsend! She helped me move in quickly and efficiently, even while simultaneously helping others in the community. Bianca gave such a thorough and helpful tour as well and helped point me in the right direction when starting the application process.

The amenities are amazing and I love how pet friendly the complex is. Soundproofing towards the streets are also impressive.

Asmar's Auto has consistently been friendly, honest, and reliable. I haven't ever felt like unnecessary work was being done.

They installed some engine mounts and fixed a coolant leak that popped up. They have excellent customer service and will always make sure you’re satisfied.

I had my '97 TJ Jeep Wrangler's engine steamed cleaned. The staffs especially Andy, were so professional and their customer service is superb! Highly recommend ASMAR'S Auto Service to those whose cars are in need of engine care specialists! Two Thumbs Up 👍👍... way up!!!
