(August 11, 2023, 9:42 pm)I do now know what they did, but the timing and service were amazing this time around. My mom and I decided to go to the buffet. We were expecting to wait up to 3 hours, but lo and behold, we arrived at the buffet line around 530pm on a Friday night, and there actually was NO LINE to come in. Usually, we would need to take a pager and wait up to 1 hour to stand in line for another hour, but not this time!
The food has always been delicious, which made it worth waiting with the long lines. The quality of the food this time was just as good as before.
I don't know how they were able to fix the long lines and wait times, but I'm grateful they did. Definitely recommend trying at least once! -

(June 15, 2023, 2:55 pm)The food is great. Everything we were looking for and more. We were disappointed in the way you wait to be seated. First a beeper, then the line and then seated. The whole experience took an hour and a half. Be prepared to wait. Having said that, the food and servers are so worth the wait. We thought the severs are stretched thin, but they do the best they can. I would suggest more servers. It would improve service. We will be back as soon as we can. Very enjoyable stay!
