I've referred them to my extended family who now also do business here. They continue to provide excellent customer service and are always very responsive to my inquiries. I'm not a big review writer, but the few negative reviews I see posted must be from some unpleasable people. Keep up the good work PVI!

(February 5, 2018, 12:46 am)My husband and I were hesitant to change insurance companies because we were with Farmers for many years and believed we had a good agent and good coverage - then we met Brandon. He suggested that we let him do a free review of our current insurance coverage. We decided to do so because there was no obligation to change insurance. We were amazed at the options he came up with, his knowledge of the insurance industry, and his ability to respond to our many, many questions. We quickly realized he knew what he was doing, had great options for us, and was a super great, trustworthy guy, so we changed all of our policies over to him. We are very pleased with our decision, and I know you will be, too.

(January 19, 2018, 7:02 pm)Amazing service and great rates! I called and got a quote for an ATV policy from another broker, which was more than double the policy that PVI quoted. I dealt directly with Brandon. He was very knowledgeable and knew right away what we needed and what was not needed on the policy. He saved us over $250.00 a year right off the bat. Needless to say, we will be return clients and be reviewing all of our existing policies. Def. recommend PVI to anyone looking for amazing service and knowledgeable professionals.
