We had a very positive experience using Sandoval Roofing. After doing a bit of research it appeared that Sandoval Roofing was one of the best operations in town. When we decided to book our new tile roof install date, it ended up being a couple months out. It was worth the wait for sure.

I called several roofing companies about 2 weeks ago for a tile roof replacement estimate. Sandoval Roofing's estimate came in about in the middle, but after talking with the owner Raymond Sandoval I realized he was determined to use the best material and knew what was needed to do the job right. After checking out his 5 star yelp reviews I was confident in my decision to go with Sandoval Roofing. I was pleased with the quick work and cleanliness of his crew as the job progressed from beginning to end. Excellence and great work is hard to find these days, so glad I found Sandoval Roofing!

Sandoval Roofing just completed the complete replacement of the roof on my house. The result was an good-looking new roof that will last a long time. It is also so attractive that several neighbors have complimented me on its appearance!

This is the third job that Sandoval Roofing has done for me, and they have delivered again. The project was several months in planning due to a solar power installation subsequent to the roof install, but they arrived on the agreed day, on time and went right to work.

The tear-off went smoothly and was finished on day one. I was surprised it went so quickly, as the house is not small and the roof is fairly steep. Their truck left for the disposal of the tear-off at the end of the first day.

The job also involved removing an older solar hot water heater. Extensive flashing was replaced for five skylights, as well as the flashing of all the vents and chimneys. The flashing was all painted to match the roof color which made it practically invisible.

The Sandoval employees were all incredibly polite and friendly and were a joy to have around. They worked well together, each seeming to know his job. There was very little chatter or other distractions during the work day. They arrived on-time each morning. They cleaned up at the end of each work day, so the place was clean and usable without debris everywhere. The entire job was completed in just four days.

Ownership is also easy to deal with. Raymond Sandoval is an affable man and exudes friendliness and integrity. I trusted him from the first time he did work for me and that trust has proven to be well placed. He and his company have delivered what they promised and more. His employees also speak highly of the boss and it is clear they all like their jobs.
