Alfredito's Taco Shop

I try to come in at least once a week because I’m in love with their California Burritos! The size may be a little small but the taste of the burrito is so fresh and it’s hard to find something similar! I am currently waiting for my Carne Asada Nachos as I write this. Thank you for your good food, please do not change anything. Especially Especially your hottest red salsa you have!

This is probably one of the most slept on Mexican spots in Vista right now! I love eating a carne asada burrito where not one time do you have to worry about fat pieces. I got the hot Cheeto burrito, added guacamole and it was so good! I’m definitely coming to try out their taco Tuesday deal because if they use the same meat they did for my burrito it will surely not disappoint. The hours are kind of funny, if they’re open they’re open!

Made a trip to Vista to check out @alfreditostaco and I was not disappointed at all! They have been open a year but the food tastes like they have been there for years perfecting the flavors!

But enough about that, let's talk about the layout:

3 mini tacos: what better way to try 3 different kinds of meat, than get them in mini tacos! Of course, I had to get adobada, Carne asada, and pollo asada. Each had tons of flavor and wasn't dry at all! The tortillas were perfect for the tacos! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Have you ever had rolled tacos with Carne asada stacked on top? If you haven't, you need to go try them here! Each rolled taco was covered in Carne asada, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and Pico de Gallo! Seriously the best-rolled tacos I've had in a long time! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Washing it down with some pineapple Jarritos! Overall the food was excellent and the atmosphere was great, making the trip well worth it! Make sure you stop in and grab some delicious food! 10/10 recommend it for sure!!

My new favorite Taco Shop! I love the California Burrito here. The carne is seasoned perfectly, the fries are crispy, and the guac and sour cream are present but don't make the burrito soggy. This gem is hidden away behind Wendy's and I've been there 4 times in the past week and a half! So delicious. Oh, and their hot sauce is no joke. That stuff will light you up. I can handle heat, but it surprised me!
