Eric and his guys went above and beyond to help me find and fix the problem with my headlights which has been an on going issue for me for a year and theyvsolved the problem and everything works great im grateful to these guys forfixing my car issue and will be going to these guys more for car issues, I highly recommend going to these guys , they are highly knowledgeable and know their stuff and highly recommended.

I’d give 10 stars if possible. My 27 year old Fold was having electrical issues and the owner walked me through everything over the phone in thorough detail. After some pictures and about 30 minutes of troubleshooting, he helped me solve a less common issue and got her back up and running. Highly, highly recommend.

Eric was really helpful in diagnosing an electric issue I was having with my jeep. Electrical issues can be time consuming and expensive, I really appreciated the honest approach and knowledge.

I don’t know where to start on how FANTASTIC the service was that I received thanks to a very knowledgeable technician named Eric.

The reason for my visit :
A police man gave me a fix it ticket for my rear tail light being out. My first contact (via the internet) was Fred’s Automotive in Vista. I can’t stress enough what a “crap show” Fred’s service was. After 3 days of inconvenience, I ended up leaving Fred’s location completely defeated, taken advantage of, and simply the worst service I have had in years.

Reluctantly, I returned to the Internet to find a reputable electrical technician. To my surprise... this business and ERIC surpassed all expectations. With life so busy and after the run around with Fred’s, I was getting desperate to fix in time for Ticket Payment . I called on Thursday night at closing to explain my situation and previous disappointment. To my surprise, I spoke with Eric and he offered to stay a little late so he could look at it right then and there. No one does that anymore.

Moral of my story: ERIC and Automotive Electrical Repair in Vista restored my hope and now I will be a forever customer and referral. Eric fixed lights he didn’t need to but because he is so thorough, that was his standard! Within a hour or so (that Eric stayed open after hours) .....all issues were resolved, the service was impeccable, friendly personality, the price more than fair, and just a very pleasant service and environment.

I just had an awesome experience with Eric, I called him this morning and told him about my situation with my car. I wasn't able to get my car started, he came over and fixed it quickly and efficiently in time for me to go to work. He seriously saved the day for me, after having to take Lyft rides for 3 days to Vista, this was really helpful, bless this guy for taking time to come out to my home in his way to L.A! Very grateful for finding him and am happy to write a positive review after what I just experienced. Such a relief
