Me and my fiancé came in to sign up for the buy one get one free promotion by AT&T by signing up with direct tv. We went in multiple times to find out information to be sure this would work for us and all the employees were so helpful. Mae was the one who helped us and she is awesome! We went in the day the computers were down and she let us know it would be a while, called in our orders with all our information to get us everything we needed to be all set up with our new phones. There was not one question we had that she couldn't answer. We love our new phones.

The samsung s8+ was out of stock at the verizon store I went to first. I decided to try costco instead. I'm glad I did, I got a better deal with extra accessories and a bonus cash card for the same price that I would have paid at verizon. Jason was very helpful and friendly and made my transition from att to verizon very easy.

Amazing service from employees. Way better deals than the corporate cell phone stores. Honest salespeople that do not lie!!
