WONDERFUL BEYOND WONDERFUL!! IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO PICK TEN STARS I WOULD DO SO!

Mike is unlike any tradesman I have ever had at my home. My garage door opener broke and Mike was the only person in the county who could figure out how to fix it. The parts were still under warranty but would have to be sent from AZ and would take 7-10 days to arrive. Mike spent literally hours waiting on hold with the company (Liftmaster) and figured out a way to get the parts locally, and then he went and got them for me himself! Oh and he was sure to get them covered via the warranty on my garage door opener so the parts didn't cost me a penny! WOW! Who does that?

I was truly impressed and so so grateful. Then today when the power went out in my neighborhood and I had to manually open the garage door, I had no idea how to reset it once the power came back on. Since Mike had given me his cell phone number when he did my repair a month ago, I called him and he kindly walked me through how to get the door to work. I honestly don't know what I would have done without his help. I felt truly GRATEFUL for his EXCELLENT knowledge and the way he went the extra mile to help me.
