  Johnny was a POWERHOUSE!. He did it all. He found me the exact vehicle that I was looking for. He was responsive and informative during our initial telephone discussions. He returned my texts within minutes no matter what time of day I wrote him with additional questions. He made an appointment to see me on a day and time of MY convenience, not his. He was then early for our appointment and was waiting for my arrival, so that we could get the process started as soon as possible. During the test drive and inspection he was completely transparent. He was not pushy in the least. He let me make my own decisions as to whether or not I should purchase the vehicle. He was informative, helpful, and professional throughout. His honesty and integrity were clearly apparent in all of our discussions and dealings. He walked me through the myriad of paperwork, explaining everything thoroughly. He drove me to the bank so that I could get a cashier's check to finalize the purchase, even offering to buy me lunch! He was gracious, pleasant, welcoming, and sincere. I've bought dozens of vehicles over the years but this was a remarkably efficient and positive buying experience. Johnny is the simply the best. I could not possibly be any happier with my buying experience with Avis Car Sales generally, but particularly with my interactions with Johnny. And - by the way - the vehicle I purchased was $5000 less at Avis than the identical vehicle - same make/model/year/condition/mileage - was at Hertz. I'm beyond impressed with my experience.

  My purchasing experience was a bit different, in that I live in a different state. There are LOTS of moving parts in purchasing a vehicle. The dealership was honest, straightforward and honored its commitments. That may not sound impressive, but in car sales IT IS! I found my Sales Representative, Dale Gross to be the face and voice of the dealership. He is a consummate professional, knows his business and is friendly to boot. It was a pleasure working with him. I test drove the "new to me" vehicle on the 1,800 mile trip home and it was literally perfect. Thank you Dale

  I had a quick and easy car buying experience and felt like I got a great deal without being upsold anything I didn’t want. My salesman Dale Grose was quick, professional, and honest. He went above and beyond to explain everything I asked about, stayed late to give me the time to feel comfortable with my purchase, and worked with me to find insurance and financing. He was passionate and knowledgeable about cars and made the paperwork process quick and understandable. I came in with a lot of skepticism about the car buying process and left with a great car and the confidence to buy my next one.
