Beit Rima was one of the several places that we visited during our stay in San Francisco. We actually traveled about 40 minutes to get here and it was well worth it. My husband ordered the Lamb Shank and I ordered the Beef Kabob Plate. The Lamb Shank came in a stew/soup of sorts, which according to my husband, was perfection. The Beef Kabobs were a little dry, but had great flavor. I'm not sure of what the sauce was that was drizzled over the rice, but it was delicious as was the hummus. Incredibly pleased with the food and so glad we ended up here for lunch.
Delicious Arabic “comfort food” which stays true to its name! The mezze was divine - each dip felt fresh and flavorful. The dessert pudding was a great end to the memorable meal.
Great tasting food. The amount of food you get is also great. The service was okay. If you're in the neighborhood and like middle eastern food, then you should definitely try this place out.
Absolutely loved the food and really recommend this place for vegetarians. I tried the mezze platter, shakshuka, the hand kneaded bread and some extra falafel. Everything was very good. The platter has a bunch of items like hummus baba ghanoush etc and two crisp falafels and is a must have. The hand kneaded bread is definitely worth getting instead of the ordinary pita that comes with the mains. Shakshuka was also great, especially with added cheese. The quantity was more than sufficient for two.
