  This is a great company that I’m happy to continue to use. Recently got my bike repaired and the person also helped me resync my tracking app. Their customer service is much appreciated.

  I’m relatively new to electric bikes, but after having gotten one my life has really changed. That’s no exaggeration; I don’t need a car early as frequently and it’s way more fun. But it’s hard to know what kind of electric bike to get.
  
  If there’s one place to know about when you considering an electric bike or getting your existing bike serviced, It the New Wheel. I know I sound a little bit like a commercial, but these folks have saved my butt twice, including once fixing a mistake on my Tern HSD that another service department had made. They’re friendly and really knowledgeable.

  Absolutely the best experience. The service is first rate. And the team is always professional, helpful, and a joy to engage with. I can't recommend this place enough if you're in the market for an electric bike.

  I just purchased my second Benno Boost e-bike from the New Wheel to replace the first one that was stolen. The New Wheel is top notch in every way, which is why I chose to spend my money there not once, but twice. From super helpful and friendly sales staff to competent and quick service by high quality mechanics, every one of my numerous interactions with the New Wheel has been nothing but positive.
  
  As a member of the cycling industry, I have spent lots of time in bike shops. The thing I like most about The New Wheel is it's run like a modern business: great communication and a focus on customer service. They are setting an example of what a bike shop should be.

  I bought an electric bike here eight months ago. Really good service. Great to be able to try a number of different bikes. Then I got a puncture and as I don't live in SF I took it to my local Mike's Bikes (who sell the model that I had bought so I thought they'd know what they were doing).
  After the first puncture - which was a large thorn - I kept getting flats every week until I was ready to toss the bike out. The store I was taking it to kept telling me I wasn't pumping up my tires enough or I wasn't checking the pressure often enough. I knew this wasn't the problem, but it was just so frustrating.
  I just took it back to New Wheel and the bike mechanic there (Jake the Awesome I shall call him from now on) figured out what was happening by looking at the shape of the puncture! The tannis insert had torn and was chewing at the tube.
  Amazing! What a relief! I'll get my bike back and be able to keep riding in comfort.
  I can't recommend these guys highly enough. I wish they had a store in the south bay because I would send everyone I know there to buy a bike and we can all stop driving cars.
