(June 2, 2016, 12:34 am)This is a teaching garden, which means it's a place that holds gardening classes. The food that they grow is harvested and donated to local charities. They welcome volunteers of all ages to help in the garden and their classes are great too. The instructor for the class I took was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining things to us in a clear way. I hope to return soon to help harvest food and take one of their monthly composting classes.
