  I've lived in Avalon Sunset for only two months and have had a great experience. The staff ( Jack, ​Trish, and Richard) are very friendly and always offer a helping​ hand. Moving in was easy, the staff is accommodating​ and goes above and beyond to make your move-in as easy and convenient​ as possible. The apartments are pet-friendly​ and also actually friendly to our pets (treats are always available too). The facility is always clean, and the apartments are quiet at all times of the day. All of the residents are friendly, and the apartments are located in walking distance of Golden Gate Park. There's always something to do within walking distance.

  Have been here at Avalon Sunset Towers for several years. Exceptional conscientiousness and service in all areas, from management to maintenance. My fellow residents are another bonus feature: people are clean, quiet and polite.

  Moved here about 4 months ago and so far it has been nothing but a great !! The front office staff Jack and Patricia are so nice and make sure every tenant is taken care of. I feel bad that I order so much stuff online but they are great about holding your packages safely and emailing you when something has arrived. We have 24 hr live in staff that will fix anything that gets broken or let you in your apartment when you forget your keys .lol.. :-) Its location is perfect a walk away from the golden gate park, restaurants, and hospital (Ucsf) . The apartments are very spacious which is something hard to find in San Fran !! Hope this helps make and easy decision even easier .. ????????

  Expert, professional & helpful leasing agent, Suzy is wonderful. Service requests are responded to immediately. On-site concierge service and secure, underground parking with direct access plus convenient location all contribute to an excellent review.

  Great Views, Great Location, and friendly staff who sure are working real hard to accomodate.. This place rocks!! Friendly people and love the remodeled units!!
