(December 21, 2018, 10:37 pm)An early review but worth it. I should say, a really good hotel with all amenities, making it perfect for a 3 to 4 days stay in SFO. The receptionist is a generous lady who welcomed me and took care of my reservations. The rooms are nice and comfortable. No AC, but it is not needed I frankly feel. Nice curtain decoration in the room. The room service is timely. Looking forward for next two days.

(December 19, 2018, 2:01 am)Lovely old building. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast was surprisingly good and great value for price of the room. It's served on each floor, with trays provided to easily take it back to your room. Coffee strength was variable, but complimentary so not complaining! Free glass of wine from the Italian restaurant was also quite good.

(October 27, 2018, 8:32 pm)Room was nice and comfortable. Loved the bathtub! Minor problems with housekeeping (things didn't get cleaned on occasion and the towels were taken but not replaced). The location was convenient but close enough to the Tenderloin to make me be extra cautious. Even with the small issues I would stay here again.
