Great atmosphere. This place is a coffee meets bar fusion. The decor is very nice. They got this moving artwork behind the bar that is ridiculously captivating. The mix drinks are made very well. Wanted to try most of them.
Quaint. Friendly and out of this world. Strong drinks and a modern, well thought out and intellectual environment. Great for after dinner (or pre!) dinner drinks and a hidden gem if I've ever seen one.
Lovely, informative staff and an ambiance that can make for a spectacular evening.
Worth it. Great alcohol selections. Nice food menu. Love the pork belly skewers (sorry, vegan friends). Discovered some nice wines at this bar that we've been drinking for over a year now. Great service. Can be loud and is a bit tight due to size. Keep.Cong.back.
Intellectual hang out spot, well crafted drinks, and fun history to read. I recommend hitting the interval before a wedding event, food truck weekends or any fort mason festivities. It’s a relaxing bar to meet people, it’s not loud and you can enjoy company without yelling. Make the time to check it out. Drink prices are higher then usual but they make them with care and precision.
Fantastic drinks, and friendly staff. I’d highly suggest exploring the drinks list as it is, but if you don’t find something you’re interested in, strike up a conversation with the staff. We tried a few things and loved it, but found the off menu potential just as inspired and enjoyable as what is on menu. Lastly I’d just recommend going on a night when the area is less busy, if for no other reason than for the staff to have a moment for the above conversation. Enjoy!

It is a bar, a coffee shop, a mad scientist's lab, a start-up work space, or your favorite quirky library. The large two-story industrial space in San Francisco's Fort Mason is also an event location and the headquarters of the Interval at Long Now organization.
