  I like this place the food is decent, I've tried a few things and everything has been good. My only complaints (if you want to call them that) are: Eggs Benedict, there is literally only about 1 teaspoon of hollandaise sauce and it needs more!
  Monte Cristo, I ordered this last time and it is not even close to a Monte Cristo, it's a waffle with jam and ham, had I known that I wouldn't have ordered it because it's basically 1/2 a waffle and a small slice of ham ordering the waffles would be a better value.
  Besides that the prices are reasonable, service is quick and I love that they have outdoor seating. I also love that you order at the counter and they bring your food out, so when it's busy you don't have to wait on a server to order. I recommend them and I'll be returning.

  Really! An original place. Go often if not on a budget. Everything is good. The staff is charming and have a friendly patter to welcome food tourist and fair weather beach bums. Biscuits, cookies, custom coffee. About 10 bucks for coffee and pastry, 15-20 for coffee and breakfast or lunch. Oh--the Belgian waffles - I will not waffle in my estimation at all - must have. Served with syrup, soft butter, and love.

  After walking past a couple of rather pretentious looking venues along the road, we put all our eggs in one basket in hoping Beachside would be the place for brunch - and it was spot on! Delicious food, and fabulous coffee. Lovely staff to boot. A great place to start before taking on a walk around Golden Gate Park.

  Just get the cinnamon bun. It is the best cinnamon bun I have EVER had. It's got crunch, intense flavor, and the cinnamon chewy bun ratio is the bee's knees. I love that it is not just smothered in sugary glaze. It's more like a croissant with layers and layers.
