I was looking for a new haircut place due to the fact that my regular place closed down (changed owners) after going there for decades. It seems as if many haircut places have changed hands due to retirement or the Covid-19 pandemic, and 'A and K hair salon' was no exception.

A and K has been in business for about 3 years and the person that cut my hair was very talented. He did an amazing job considering I haven't received a professional haircut for about 7 months (besides mediocre self trimmings). His technique was superior compared to many haircut places I've been. This was my first time here. Detail-oriented and skillful. Highly recommended and I will be returning.

$16 for a regular male cut. Parking could be limited due to construction work on Taraval street, but I had no problems finding a nearby spot right around the corner.
