Update: They reached out to me on Monday, just as they said they would, and have helped figure out a way to refund the cleanings I wasn't aware I was paying for, despite the length of time that had passed. I appreciate their creative problem solving, and their responsiveness. I've changed my rating to reflect this. Minus one star because we couldn't figure out why my cleaning got changed originally. But had I checked more diligently and followed up more quickly it would have been easier for everyone.

Original review: 2 stars for ease of booking and the fact that the cleaners always arrived within the time they said they would, with no issues.

My issue is that I was unknowingly paying for deep cleaning for months, when I only wanted basic cleaning, and was in fact forgiving some cleaning oversights (dirty/sticky floors mostly) due to the fact that I had emailed them specifically saying I wanted to switch to a basic cleaning ongoing, and they had confirmed they would do so. When I raised the issue to them they asked to see pictures of the issues, but did nothing to address the rest of it.

I cannot see the difference between the deep clean vs. basic clean on their website, so maybe my standards are different from what they commit to. But the deep clean was very expensive for very inconsistent quality.

booking was easy thanks to RC, and the two teams (Maria Sorayda & Virginia) & (Carolina, Gladis, & Zulma) arrived on time with all the equipment & cleaning supplies and got to work ....since it was a big job it took most of the day... and they stayed at it..... I was so pleased... place looks pristine and they took pride in their work. thank you for the gift of a job well done.

Berryclean has done a great job multiple times for us! Berryclean folks did a deep clean before moveout for us, as well as a deep clean at our new place and 2 regular cleans since. All the cleanings have gone smoothly and been very well done. The deep cleans felt especially good afterwards! I love the ease of their scheduling system once you're set up with them too. Easy to book, flexible and on time. Worked efficiently and did a great job cleaning my apartment covered in dog hair. Bathroom and kitchen is spotless. Thank you Kency, Patricia, and Valeria!

I had Angela, Delmy, Maria G, Sonia, Wilma from Berry clean come by to clean my apartment, and they did an excellent job! Really went the extra mile to make sure everything was as clean as expected, including the walls and a particularly messy range that hadn't been properly cleaned in 5 months or so. Will definitely bring them back for any other deep cleans on my place.
