They're always fully staffed, and the services are not bad at all!!!

My husband came to Rambling Oaks Courtyard in Highland Village after extensive and critical health issues. He was in ICU at 4 hospitals from December 26 and came here on March 5. Having been so sick and only in bed for this long, it was great to move to more aggressive therapy. The first full day, he was up, in the Dining Room, eating at a REAL table! The beautiful therapist/entertainer, Tana, was playing, Somewhere Over the Rainbow on the piano! It was a moment I will always remember and treasure! He walked 10 steps that same day! He has improved EVERY day with the kind and expert care from all here! He is now walking with a walker and a Champion because of all the wonderful care and therapy! I would recommend it 110%!

I have been to many of the events held at Rambling Oaks and they all have been amazing. They make sure that everyone there has the best experience for each event. The food was always great. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. The facility is always clean and that is a plus in my book. Having loving staff members show how much pride they take in there jobs and caring for everyone there.

I have had my mother in the Extended Care Division of Rambling Oaks twice. I was so impressed with the facilities and staff that when it was time to get her assisted care that I moved her to the Assisted Living Division. It was a very easy decision to make after seeing the facility, talking to the staff, getting to know them, observing the other residents while being cared for, served, and loved.

I do not see Rambling Oaks Assisted Living as a facility to place my mother in for care but I see it as a new home for her to live and thrive in. They care for her in a way that I cannot and they also love her as I do. They are kind, generous, great listeners, patient, loving, and encouraging to her and all of us in her family. The staff has become family who all care and love my mother as we do.

Stacey, Kathy, Virginia, Carolyn and Burt are among many I have gotten to know well. They have a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of their residents and their family members and it shows from how well the residence operates from the cleanliness, decor, food, med dispensing, activities (of which there so many for her to choose from she is never bored), etc.

Thank you Rambling Oaks for given me the peace of mind and deep sleep at night as I have no worries at all about my dear mother!
