Thomas came out as soon as he could and helped us last minute. I would recommend him to anyone that needs Rv repair.

Came home from vacation to sitting water leak in storage compartment of fifth wheel trailer and was lucky to get on-site service the very next day. Ended up being an easy fix but something the average human like myself never would have found.

Knowledgeable, personable, on time, and very generous answering other questions I had and taking the time to look at my roof condition. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

Had an issue with our grey tank leaking on our travel trailer, Thomas was recommended to us by friends who had him do work on their RV. Thomas was fast to respond back to the message I left for him, Thomas asked me a number of questions trying to help me out over the phone. We set up an appointment for a couple of days later. Thomas and his Tech showed up about 2 hours earlier than the scheduled appointment (which was a blessing, as usually service guys show up later) with in an hour they had focused in on the problem area. Thomas asked me when my next camping trip was planned for, I told him it was a week out. Thomas assured me he would have the repair made in time for our trip. We made another appointment for Thomas to do the work and true to his word he had the repair made and the trailer back to me with a couple of days to spare. I had mentioned to Thomas during his first visit that I was taking the rig on a cross country trip within the next year. Unknown to me Thomas did a visual of my suspension, axles, tires etc. and let me know that everything was in very good shape. Thomas and crew are very friendly and professional, they ask you questions to try and see if it’s something they can tell you how to do it yourself. It was a pleasure doing business with Tommy on the spot, I’ve found my new RV mechanic when I run into issues I can’t handle. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend Thomas. I was having issues with one slider. Called Thomas and he scheduled me within one week for a non-emergency appointment, while the dealership couldn’t get me in for a month and a half. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem after troubleshooting. And his price was reasonable. I’m very happy that I called him for the mobile service. I will definitely use Thomas again.

Thomas and James were AMAZING!!!WE had been to ALOT suppose to be the professionals. NOT!!!!
Thomas is truly a man of his word, a professional, organized. He charged us $250 that we had paid another supposedly professional that said he knew everything that we had to pay for exactly same problems $8500!!!!! That NEVER were fixed and had our RV for 2 months. I'm really thinking of taking that company to court.
This young man is so very very knowledgeable. I can't put into words my impression and feelings. His integrity is so high in our books. My husband feels the same. He spoke to him on the phone the day before he came to checkout our RV. He gave him a list. The same as this other company that had RV 2 months an we had to call an call and finally ask for owner or manager. Even with that only 1 issue was fixed we hope. The brakes!! WITH OUR CROSS COUNTRY TRIP IN JULY we will find out.
The list we gave Thomas. In 1 hour he had fixed and found out other issues. We were both over come we were stuttering we couldn't believe it. And told us when we travel if we have problem call him. Is the REAL Deal you and every RVers been looking for. I guarantee. I'm 70yr old have been all over US and other countrys and had my own businesses. I know what it's like to repair something pay and it's not done. I'm real tired of it and will not do it anymore. So PEOPLE AND RVERS call this man you will be amazed. I really thought we had no one left in this world like Thomas. Don't take my word . CALL HIM YOURSELF! YOU WONT BE SORRY. You will BE sorry if you DONT.
