Dennis at Glass Guru (Lodi) is experienced, diligent, and polite. After waiting 3 weeks for one of his competitors to decide whether they could handle our simple residential repair job, I gave up waiting and called Glass Guru. Dennis fixed our windows in no time! 100% recommend.

I had a contract with our client, who is in a wheelchair. Our first task was to have the sliding door going out to the patio serviced in order for the electric door opener to work properly.
From scheduling the estimate, Dennis at Glass Guru was able to work around our schedules, vacations, appointments and other work that was going on. He would reply to us very quickly, give us input and finally, when all the stars lined up, he had the door operating as it should. Our client was then very happy with the fact that he could enjoy more of his property as well as have a safe exit in case of emergency.
