I came in today to have the band on my watch replaced only to feel like a fool! The gentleman running this shop removed the old band and installed the new one in a matter of seconds with no tools required! He refused to let me pay him for his service. With a warm smile he said "I wish they were all this easy! Makes me look good!" It is your skill and kindness that make you look good sir! Thank you!

Great experience!! The owner Jerry and his salesman Allen are beyond nice guys. I went in to only get my watch resized and at most places they will try to upsell you on something else but that did not happen at all. Jerry sized my watched perfectly as we small talked and he got me in and out in just a few minutes. As a someone that considers myself an honest salesperson myself I would highly recommend this business.

Jerry has done several things for us. One of my diamonds fell out of my ring (years of wear and tear), fortunately found it. He fixed all the prongs to make sure that wouldn't happen again, cleaned and when I picked up, it looked like what it was more than 23 years ago! Couldn't take my eyes off it. He also replaced batteries in watches and I'm going again to have him certify value for insurance purposes. He came highly recommended and definitely understand why. Oh, he also re-sized my husband's wedding band. Highly recommend. Very fairly priced and not a sales guy. He's there to take care of what you need.

Jerry is fantastic! My wife’s wedding ring has been used and abused over 30 years. Losing marquis cut diamonds and having to cut the ring off when she was pregnant. Jerry not only replaced the diamonds that were lost and fixed the band, but he did it in 1 week! He is an artist! That ring has never looked so good! His price was more than fair and his service was impeccable. Being a local business owner myself, I would want 20 Jerry’s working for me. He exemplifies the honesty and integrity that you want in a business relationship. I had had this ring repaired by another local business (that I won’t mention) 15 years ago and the amount of work was much less but they charged me much more than Jerry. Do yourself a favor and see this man if you need repairs done!
