(March 15, 2020, 3:50 pm)I came in for the last warranty check for my hearing aids. Elizabeth gave me a hearing test and my hearing aids were sent back to the manufacturer for inspection. I was given a loaner set that she tuned to my current hearing test. This business is locally owned, very professional, and very prompt and friendly. I rate them excellent.

The staff is wonderful, so caring, knowledgeable & professional. The staff makes you feel comfortable from the moment you enter their office to the completion of your appointment.

(January 14, 2020, 1:04 pm)What can I say?! I thought about getting tested over 5 years ago. I realize now that I was afraid to find out if I really had an issue or not. I really wished that I did not wait so long! This place is top notch! They know how to treat people and know how to help you if you have a hearing loss. They really helped me to feel comfortable. I'm so glad I finally made an appointment to see Marcella, Tony, Lizzie and Lilly! This has been a life changing event for me.

It is amazing that they offer free batteries and free cleaning for life! I have put off wearing aids for 50 years and now I don't miss anything. My family loves that I can now hear, too! Thanks Tony, Lizzy and staff for all that you do for us! You make a huge difference!
