I would give 5 stars if the fish would at least bite. Cant be fished out after one week of being stocked. Lol maybe its just me. Great place for family picnic. More in warmer weather.😁🇺🇸
Beautiful place for an afternoon nap and stroll or picnic. Kind of expensive for rvs, 20 bucks, 10 for cars it's close to the freeway and very peaceful. Lots of birds the man-made lake.
Four years ago the fishing was great we to get a hold I senators out here to replenish the fish there they used to drop off fish at least once a month they don't do that anymore so it's not so much fun fishing there
$6 weekday entrance fee to this large park with fishing, rental boats, walking trails, picnic grounds, frisbee golf, amphitheater, and more. We took a lovely walk through the park on a concrete walkway. Although there are also dirt trails, we avoided those. The park is well maintained and we felt very safe. Restrooms are abundant, clean, and well stocked. There are plenty of geese and their poop litters the pathways. You may have to wash your shoes. As we walked we encountered two professional photo shoots, one a pregnancy announcement, the other a small girl in a beautiful dress. Several frisbee golfers played. It was cold, as Januarys usually are, but the sun was out and we dressed appropriately.
Played 36 hole it was best bring you family an your dogs fishing ponds,no crowds, good
Parking 5$
