  I usually don’t give reviews but I have to in this case. That’s how impressed I am with your service.
  I got a dress from Bchic fashion for my pre-wedding shoot in May. I paid for fast shipping but for some reasons the dress did not arrive when it was supposed to. I reached out to Bchic fashion to explain what had happened. The representative I spoke to was so nice. She assured me she was going to send a new dress with an overnight shipment. They sent a new dress and I got the dress first thing the next day. Things won’t always go according to plans. What matters is that you get the help you need when things don’t go as planned. You guys came through and I will definitely be shopping from you again.

  It was prom season and my daughter waited too long to order a dress online and Nordstrom and Macy's selection was disappointing. B Chic was recommended as the go-to local dress shop. They were packed, but let us in anyway to browse the dresses. They pulled several dresses they thought would look good on my daughter, their customer service is amazing! We purchased a gorgeous dress that day, there were so many choices! Then WE made a big mistake. We left with the dress to get it altered at a different location. That tuned into a horrible mistake. After a clear request to hem the dress and keep only a little of the train in the back, the tailor hemmed the dress too short. It was awful. We left the tailor with the material that was removed and went back to B Chic where they handed the dress to Jenny, their on-site seamstress. Jenny saved the dress! Somehow, she managed to reattach the train and hem it properly at the correct length.

  My daughter loved her dress and had a wonderful prom. We will absolutely be back for all of our formal and cocktail dress needs. Thank you so very much!!!

  OMG, so worth the drive! My daughter and I took a 3 hour drive to visit this store in the hopes of finding 1 dress, and we ended up purchasing 3! We received amazing help and customer service. We had such a good time and experience! We will definitely be back for our future dress needs. Thank you so much to the staff at B Chic!

  Tried this dress on in store a while back and loved it. Waited to purchase (basically looking for a reson). A couple months later I ordered with BChic and my experience was great. They made sure the dress worked for me and shipping was on time. Due to stock issues I received a personal phone call and they were pleasant on the phone and helpful in getting my needs taken care of.
