After my appointment was concerned Mid Peninsula Endoscopy Center (MPEC) actually called my pharmacy to order the SUPPREP. The day before the procedure they called and did a brief intake.
Since I am unfamiliar with the prior location my review is on the new location which I found very nice. What surprised me was once I was checked in I was brought into what looked like a hospital area. Even more impressive is that I had my own area.
Throughout the procedure I was treated with dignity and respect. From the nursing staff to the anesthesiologist, to Dr. Thai, for such an uncomfortable procedure, they made it easier. Nor did I ever feel rushed and that I was just a number.
To top things off Dr. Thai herself called me with the results a week later.
