Serramonte Ford

Serramonte Ford was one of the best and easiest car buying experiences I’ve had! They found the exact model bronco I wanted in the fabulous and rare Area 51 blue. My dreams of visiting all the National Parks in my Badlands model will come true now! Seth and Jason handled everything COVID safe and remotely. They were available by phone every time I called. Thank you!

Alvaro and the whole team (Mo, the sales manager, Jason in finance, and Matt the general manager) did such a great job getting me the deal I was hoping for on the vehicle I wanted. They really went the extra mile made me glad to do business with them again. (It’s my second Ford in a row from Serramonte.) I took my 11-year-old son with me to close the deal and they made him feel at home as well. I guess I better start planing for a good used car from Serramonte Ford in about 5 years for him! I usually just come here to buy parts, and with that in mind, they are usually pretty good! Most of the time they have what I need in stock, and if they don't have it they order it and get it pretty quick. Prices are a bit higher on most things compared to purchasing online, but that is to be expected of a dealership. Pretty easy access off of the freeway, however I do find parking to be a bit limited. Overall, not a bad place to shop for parts.

So today due to technical difficulties with my other van, I was now looking for a new company vehicle. So I decided to swing by Ford of Serramonte and let me tell you I can not express the gratitude for Anthony G. And Jason C. for helping me and blessing me with my NEW transit! They were able to get me the deal i wanted with the not the best credit! So if you are looking for a new or used vehicle go and look for them, I know they will try their hardest to get what numbers you want. Thank you again for the help and new vehicle!

Serramonte was direct, straight forward and supportive. We had previously had a horrible experience at another Ford Dealership and they not only listened but then demonstrated what good service looks like. There were no games and Daniella and her manager were very helpful. Additionally, Kevin in Finance took his time to explain everything to me on each document. It was a very positive car buying experience, thank you.

The one thing though, as a woman buyer, I really enjoyed having a woman salesperson. In many ways I think this is why they were patient and kind. She understood me and the weight of the car buying decision. She never once pushed me, talked over, or "over sold" the car. However, there a very few women on their staff in Sales and I think it is important that the car dealership mirrors the demographics/diversity of car buyers. I wish there were more women on the Sales floor for us female buyers, so that we can have positive car buying experiences like I had with Daniella.
