  Have been very satisfied with my storage experience at the Carter Street, Daly City location. The managers of the facility are responsive to their tenants and run a clean and secure operation. There is plenty of parking and dollies are available on both sides of the building. I fully recommend this to everyone that is looking for a storage unit that lives close by.

  Great service and clean location, only thing is rent is high and reflects what’s going on in the bay area! Due to the staff, I maintain my unit with them! Great Job Team

  My Experience trying to find a storage was so simple. I called them it was straight forward especially the deal they offer for the first 3 month. Unloading my items was so easy access to my unit. This is a clean and friendly and most of all easy access.

  Simple, straight forward and the most delightful people ever. Right next to San Bruno Mtn, store your stuff and stretch your legs.

  I have stored my items here for a few years now and this is by far one of the nicest facilities I have ever used. Both Liz and Trevor have been an immense help to my storage experience and have made everything as easy and seamless as possible! I would highly recommend you use this facility!
  
  Update: It is so hard to find a place that not only has a top notch product AND genuinely next level customer service like this location! I recently had to come in to update some billing info and when I got here Trevor was working by himself and it was busy. Not only did he great me with a smile, but by name at that and all while helping 2 other customers with another waiting. I took a seat until my turn and just watched. In just the 30 minutes I was there I watched him sign up 2 new customers, take 2 payments, answer 3 phone calls and deal with one irate person over a payment issue. The whole time he never looked panicked and never stopped smiling and cracking jokes. Its service like that that becomes not just talent but true practiced skill. I know I would have broken down at least 4 times and he didn't crack even a little!
