Atria Daly City

It was a last minute to move my mother to California from the east coast and I just want to say working with Claudia and Karina have been wonderful. They were very supportive to the process which was what I needed since I was new to all of this. Plus being a single mother of 4 and working full-time I needed all the help and guidance I could get.

Not only was this place affordable but the level of care my mom has received has been amazing. My mother is very happy and I feel we have a sense of community. They have been very warm and welcoming to my mother. The staff is amazing and keep me updated of what is going on with her.

I was recommended two years ago by a friend to bring my brother to the community of Atria in Daly City. This was the best decision I made on his behalf for myself and my family. What a beautiful community! Director Cecilia and Chef Walter really form a dynamic duo along with their ever caring staff which is nevertheless tender, polite and very alert!
The real proof came when COVID-19 hit California and subsequently all care facilities. What a crew! All of them with no one exempted went above and beyond their abilities to help the vulnerable residents during this difficult time. Their dedicated service continues today and will for years to come. I was amazed
to learn the number of hours each of every one put for the community sacrificing their personal life
their families, their own time. Also before the pandemic hit, the community was thriving socially with all the activities and field trips that made them "feel good" and as members of a big family. I cannot say anymore than to recommend Atria to anyone who needs to put their older loved ones in a safe, caring and loving environment. The economics of it are also great!
The price is right as they say and Chef Walter will never disappoint you! You will be in a very good place!

I have been working as an Engage Life Director, for 2 wonderful years and every day has been a learning experience. Our activities enables our residents to continue activities they enjoy in their homes, but also learn new things.

I've been here for almost 6 years and I love it. I love how I have access to the open areas for fresh air and sunlight when the weather permits. The exercises in the morning has greatly improved . We also have a small library where we can get books to read. I love all the care staff that we have as well, they are very caring and loving to all of us.

I have been a resident in atria daly city for 3 years and 2 years as a resident ambassador. Overall the community is very good and we have activities scheduled for us which has kept busy and active. Most of the activities are very enjoyable and some are even educational. It also gives us an opportunity to interact with other residents. We also have the luxury of visiting other places as well. We also have a great care staff and wait staff.
