  I have been going to Xtrim Bollywood classes with Aruna and Anjali over a year now. This is the best way to burn more than 500 calories in an hour, yet not realize because having so much fun! The choreography is well designed to exercise the whole body and has low impact variations for people with past injuries etc. Overall this is a lot of fun for kids, adults and every one who loves music, highly recommend it!

  You can not go wrong with this class! It is a no brainer! I have never stuck to any workout in my life. This is one activity that I have done diligently for last 1 year. There are a few things that stand out in addition to the full body workout package that it provides.The energy and warmth of the teachers is contagious - they really do care about you! It is this personal connection that kept me engaged. I saw some weight loss for the first time in years. The feeling of fitting into an old jeans was priceless for me.Try a class and you will love it, I promise!

  To start off, I am not very comfortable with dancing in public and I was not sure how I would feel about the class and I was self conscious about my dancing skills. So I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and try something new and fun to get in shape.
  
  I have been going to this class for the past couple months. The first class itself was surprisingly enjoyable yet exhausting. My shirt was drenched in sweat and I had to take breaks in between to catch my breath. I am in my mid 20s and I think I'm in decent shape but this class kicked my butt. The workouts/dances that the instructors use are not just for the sake of dancing/cardio but rather workout different muscles in your body. Towards the end, there is an ab workout Tabata style which are challenging and you will feel your abs being sore the next day. At last, class ends with a stretch / calm down which I think is very beneficial and essential as I feel like I'm ready to take on the rest of the day with a recharge.
  
  All in all, I've felt my abs and legs get stronger, I've improved my stamina when playing basketball, and I do it with fun and simple dances.

  Simply awesome! The workouts planned for the week and the routine in the class guarantees a full body workout with lots of fun! The instructors are well trained and bring a lot of energy to the class...I love the energy it has brought into my life...not to mention the weight loss...loving my toned look..thank you XTRIM!!!

  This class provides a wonderful boost to the week. It can be tough but that's part of what makes it so fun. You leave feeling energized and ready to take on anything. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming too. Really can't recommend it enough.
