  Delicious food. Oysters Rockefeller were amazing. Walk on the beach after a fabulous meal is a real treat. Bonus is the gift shop with unique, fun items.

  Expensive but food is really good. Kristen, our server, was just okay. Other people like the hostess and guy bringing the bread were more friendly. Glad we got to try this place. Highly recommended by our daughter. Their lobster rolls are delicious.

  Best beach view in town, nice place to have good food at good price. Most menu are delicious. Their staffs are all very kind too. I love this place. Good price at good food with good service.

  OK for the food and prices, meh for the service and fantastic for the view.
  
  This is one of those high volume tourist spots that mostly serves people who do not live in or know the area. They serve East Coast fare, but they do a great job of it. With the outside heaters, those seats are just fine and right on the beach.
  
  One can park at the south end of the harbor parking lot and walk to the steps that lead straight there easier than parking in their own overcrowded roadside.
  
  Note that is is also a beach access.

  We are from New England and we love shellfish. Sam's is really like home for us. Their lobster roll is fabulous! Plenty of lobster meat soaked in butter. The coleslaw is also very good. They have a raw shellfish tower that gives you a nice variety. Seating available outside with a wonderful view. Lots of seating inside too. This is a popular spot and is usually crowded but it does move quickly. You won't be disappointed.
