(February 13, 2019, 8:14 pm)It was grey, windy & the waves were menacing! However, it could never NOT be amazing- the ocean is a sound reminder of how small we are.. I would definitely come back, especially if I were able to enjoy the outdoors. There were lots of tables and many various viewing vantage points. There is a $10 fee- for your reference. I think it is worth it, especially if you can make it a longer day experience.

(January 31, 2019, 5:57 pm)Parking is $10 can so be prepared! But, it's for maintenance and caretaking of this beautiful area, so it's worth it. So low key and lovely to come during the weekday if you can, but it's easily accessible and fun. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy ample space to eat and frolic!

If you enjoy a relaxing trail walk with the dancing waves to your side, well this might be the place for you. The best part is dogs are allowed as well as horses. No wonder they call it Popular beach in Half Moon Bay. ????

Half Moon Bay is beautiful. I don't think I ever saw so many birds over the sea. This makes for a beautiful, lively atmosphere. The world still seems to be alright here.
Downtown is equally beautiful and lively with jazz nightlife spilling out onto the street.
