He was able to make arrangements with his full schedule on the day I requested and accommodated me. That's not typical but I am so happy with the service and quick result! He is very considerate with my situation and gave me different options - that's a wonderful shared decision-making between a provider and a patient! Thanks a ton again Dr. Sheppard and your team!
