Young Jacob, the Best Realtor

Young is my one and only Realtor for buying and selling several homes over the years. The most recent purchase Young helped with was my current home in Palo Alto. There was a lot of competition for this property and she advised me to put in an offer before the due date so we didn't get sucked into a bidding war. This strategy got me the property without paying too much over asking and I was thrilled to get this property! Young is always coming up with creative solutions and strategies that other agents seem to miss or not even think about. She is great and I will always use her for my real estate transactions.

I have known Young over couple decades. I have bought and sold 6 properties from her. Over the years, Young has become my good friend as well as my real estate agent. Young’s strength is “Responsiveness, Communication & Real Estate Knowledge” I trust her to tell me the truth no matter what.

I feel very fortunate to have had Young Jacob the realtor to sell my home in Menlo Park. Not only is she very sweet, kind and patient but also proficient and professional. She was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. Young was always available to answer any questions I had at any time. Whenever an issue came up or I was feeling stressed, she would put me at ease by saying “give it to me, I will take care of it”. She always had a solution. Young had many resources available to get my house ready for sale (e.g. Painters, Carpet Installers, Handyman, Stagers and Organizers, Photographers etc). I was so ecstatic with the results, I almost wanted to stay. I was very happy with her plans and strategies and very impressed with how she marketed of my home. She even had a video created, showcasing my house as well as the neighborhood and community with the use of a drone. All of her hard work paid off when an offer came in just four days after hitting the market. Young is an excellent realtor and quickly became a wonderful friend. Thanks a million Young. We were very impressed with Young Jacob from the first time we met her. She is professional, knowledgeable and a real sweetheart. We met her at an Open House in our neighborhood about nine months prior to selling our home. She handed us her business card and inquired whether we were planning to sell our home. We asked her to be our realtor and have been thrilled with our decision. Young created a timeline to most efficiently prepare our house for market. She walked us through and helped us every step of the way. She always had solutions to questions we had and was always very, very kind and patient with us. Young’s marketing strategies were excellent and sold our home quickly and at our asking price. Young is the most reliable person among realtors who we met in our whole life. After start business together with Young (either sell or buy house), she became our best representative and friend who will check all good possibilities, help like buy/sell her house, always trying, get and achieve best price for us. We clearly remembered that she went Texas to make a deal/negotiation with 2nd bank to buy the house (in short sale) which we interested and wanted to buy. We heard this after finish a deal. Once started, our interesting and willing are not ours any more, it already became hers totally. During dealing, she is always caring us for all relative items until we accept or understand. To get best result, she never give up, never stop. Even after finish a deal, her caring is not finished. frequent checking/supporting is basic and furthermore keeping continuous market updates, refinancing hint, checking any issue/problem. Based on her help, we did 5 times buy/sell houses with extreme satisfaction. we are regretting to put only 5 stars since there is no 10 stars here.
