It is always a delight to see him in the morning, he is warm, caring and you can’t help but smile (under a mask of course these days) when you leave to start the day. He even remembers to make my drink with my specific requests. It makes me sad that he will no longer be at this Starbucks but he is such an important asset to your company, I hope he continues to shine and grow!!
