  I visited this property while relocating from Houston. The view is amazing and the property is small and intimate. Zee was so friendly and professional. She helped make me less anxious about my big move by talking to me on a personal level. I decided to go with something less expensive, but this place is definitely still on my radar.

  Sitting at the top of the Bluffs at Dog Beach, OceanAire Apartments gives us an amazing sunset every evening. A glass of wine on our patio, watching the whales and other wildlife frolic in the waves, is one of the daily pleasures our oceanfront home offers us.
  
  Great staff and friendly neighbors makes it easy to love this community.

  I’ve been living here for a year and a half now and I love it. I’m just blocks away from the ocean with a really nice cliff path. Compared to other similar apartments in the area the rent here is decent. The property is really pet friendly which was a huge plus for me. They’ve also done a lot of updating and it looks really nice! The office staff is friendly, and maintenance is fast too. Most of the apartments seem to have in-unit laundry, plus there are multiple laundry rooms on the property. It’s a quiet area, stays cool and foggy most of the time, which I like. In addition to garage parking there is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood as well.

  This picturesque property is situated right next to the ocean! I hope you'll find it as beautiful and serene as I did when I visited. The black sand beach below offers many opportunities to relax after a stressful day.
  
  The apartments are well equipped with amenities that you'd find at a hotel resort. The staff are super friendly! Mike and Marisol are especially helpful and very resourceful. Their knowledge of the community and the surrounding area was very impressive. They made me feel so welcomed and right at home!

  While considering a move to the area I was recommended to check out this company. It's a beautiful area and Marisol was very helpful. Unfortunately work my work situation changed we are no longer moving up north, but we will diffidently keep it in mind in the future. Great place, totally worth checking out.
